As the time for the conference nears, usually mid-June, a digital Welcome Packet will be made available under the Resources tab on the main menu of our website. We wait until this time to make sure that all included information is up-to-date.  The Welcome Packet will include three forms that will need to be completed, printed, and returned when the participant checks in on the day of registration. Regrettably, there are no exceptions. Your obligations regarding these three forms are briefly explained below.

  • Registration constitutes the participant's acceptance of conference guidelines and their consent to abide by the standards, as outlined and agreed to in the Code of Conduct. Violations of the Code of Conduct could result in restrictions or dismissal from the program and the participant returning home at their own cost.
  • Registration constitutes the participant's understanding that the Consent/Release/Permission to Participate Form must be completed and returned prior to participation.
  • Registration constitutes the participant's understanding that the Emergency Contact Form must be completed accurately and completely to both ensure contact information is correct and give complete information regarding the health and safety of the participant.
