To help alleviate concerns related to the economy and its affect on families, we have evaluated the costs associated with the conference and have done all we can to make Retreat for Girls 2012 as affordable as possible while maintaining all of the necessary components that make it a great experience for young women year after year. With the rising costs associated with a conference like this, we are happy to say that our 2012 registration fee will still be lower than similar programs.

The 2012 registration fees and discounts are as follows:

• Priority Registration Fee:  $407   This price includes tuition, 4 nights lodging in the Utah State University residence halls, 13 meals beginning with lunch on Monday and ending with a banquet lunch on Friday, program supplies and crafts, a journal/memory book, a group picture, a Retreat for Girls T-shirt, and excellent supervision from the time girls arrive until the time they leave. Priority registration began January 9th and ends April 30, 2012 or when both sessions are full.

• Open Registration Fee:  $420   The open registration fee is still significantly lower than similar programs. If openings are still available, the Open Registration will begin on May 1st and close June 15, 2012 or when the conference is full.

• Mail-in Priority Registration and Payment by Check:  $395   In an effort to further make Retreat for Girls affordable to those desiring to participate, we have made arrangements that will allow a mail-in priority registration with a payment by check this year.  This will allow us to offer an additional $12 discount that otherwise would have to go towards the service charge associated with payment by credit card. This discount will only be available during the priority registration period.
  

• Family Discount:  There will be an additional 10% discount given to those registering more than one daughter.  This discount only applies to siblings.  This discount cannot be completed online.  You will need to call the registrars at one of the numbers listed on the registration page.
